"Very dissatisfied with my purchase."
Received my computer and everything looked fine at first. However, the power switch at the outlet is faulty, and aside from powering on, the computer won’t connect to a monitor. I’ve tested it with two brand new cables and three different monitors. I've reached out several times and lodged a complaint with PayPal, and I’m looking to get a refund.

"Color Mix-Up"
They didn't have the red case my son was after, but they suggested another option in black and red. It ended up being black and blue instead. Other than that, the communication, service, and delivery were top-notch.

"Awesome support from the team"
My new computer showed up right on schedule, but it came without the cable to hook up the monitor and no mouse or keyboard. After I shot them an email, they sent all the missing parts the very next day. The other computer I purchased from this store is still running, but after four years, it’s definitely slowed down.

"Super simple purchase."
Prices here are really good. I found other models like mine for about 80% higher than what I spent at WJMTech. It's just as described. It performs as I hoped, and it showed up right on schedule. DPD mentioned they'd drop it off between 11:03 and 12:03, and they got here at 11:08, so I ain't got no complaints about that.
